How to Determine if a Feeling is Yours or Someone Else’s

How to determine if a feeling is yours or someone else's and how those feelings serve you!

1- Know what type of Clair you are.
2- Remove yourself from the space. If it's someone in the room, remove yourself and see if the feeling goes away.
3- Check in with your body. Pay attention to where the information is coming in.
4- Clear the energy. Breath through it.

Lastly- what are the feelings purpose? They are indicator lights to let us know what is coming. Our intuitive hits gives us information for how to prepare to help our clients. Letting us know to ground ourselves because we know they'll have heavier energy today.
