How to Recharge Your Social Battery

Have you ever been in a social situation and all of a sudden you just feel physically tired, stressed, angry, or exhausted? 😪

It can be an emotional and/or physical response to social overstimulation that leaves you feeling like you have a “drained battery.” As empaths and Highly Sensitives, this is EXTREMELY common since we absorb others energy and feelings.

It’s important to make time for self care and charge your battery again. Here are some ways to help you recharge:

💚 Take a break from technology
💚 Breathe/Meditate
💚 Exercise
💚 Guilt free lounging
💚 Take a walk

Is your social battery low lately? What are you doing to recharge?
